How low an ungrounded generator is a solar cell?
I will assemble several pieces in a cart like a plastic garbage which contains a battery inside, a voltage regulator, and the converter will be at the top and a solar panel on top (50 watts).
If you build your circuit, it does not float? Since you do not have electricity, you should consult an engineer.
