Why ISN, T Queensland and the installation of the government of Australia?

rainwater tanks, irrigation systems and solar panels gray in view of their properties. If the Department of Housing implemented these products Iam sure there would be a marked improvement in the present situation. If solar energy has been applied by the resort to generate enough energy in a single day for us last week!

How many houses are not built or the Ministry of Housing own? Would it really be fesible install these functions or is likely to have been vandalized or destroyed very quickly? To be honest, I have no idea …. Perhaps because government has a rather poor policy environment, or not very realistic and ambitious?
